For cadres Enrolling College Fall 2012

May - Oct, 2011 Informational meetings at local high schools and community venues (see visit schedule).
 
October 26, 2011 Applications and all supporting materials must be submitted online.
 
November 16 Phase II candidates notified via email.
 
December 3 Phase II Events
Tacoma-Seattle candidates attend one of two sessions held at Todd Beamer High School, 35999 16th Ave S in Federal Way (map) from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm or 10:30 am - 3:30 pm.
 
Portland candidates attend this session in Portland at a venue and time TBD.
 
Spokane candidates attend this session in Spokane at a venue and time TBD.
 
Yakima Valley candidates attend this session in Yakima at a venue and time TBD.
 
December 19 Phase III semifinalist selections announced.
 
January 10-11, 2012 Phase III campus event at Trinity Lutheran College. Semifinalists arrive on campus mid-afternoon on Tuesday and depart Wednesday evening. Parents arrive Wednesday afternoon and depart in the evening.
 
January 12-13, 2012 Phase III campus events at Pacific Lutheran University and Northwest University. Semifinalists for these colleges arrive on campus mid-afternoon on Thursday and depart Friday evening. Parents arrive Friday morning and depart in the evening.
 
January 17-18, 2012 Phase III campus event at George Fox University. Semifinalists from Portland arrive on campus Tuesday and depart Wednesday. Parents arrive Wednesday morning and depart in the evening.
 
January 19-20, 2012 Phase III campus event at Warner Pacific College. Semifinalists from Portland arrive on campus Thursday and depart Friday. Parents arrive Friday morning and depart in the evening.
 
January 19-21, 2012 Phase III campus event at Gonzaga University. Semifinalists from Spokane arrive on campus Thursday afternoon and depart Saturday morning, with parents visiting campus Friday. Semifinalists from Tacoma-Seattle fly to Spokane Thursday morning and return Saturday afternoon. Parents leave and return by plane on Friday.
 
January 21, 2012 Phase III campus event at Heritage University. Semifinalists from Yakima Valley arrive on campus Saturday morning and depart Saturday evening. Parents arrive late morning and depart early afternoon.
 
January 22-23, 2012 Phase III campus event at Whitworth University. Semifinalists from Spokane arrive on campus Sunday afternoon and depart Monday evening, with parents visiting campus Sunday. Semifinalists from Tacoma-Seattle fly to Spokane Sunday morning and return Monday night. Parents leave and return by plane on Sunday.
 
January 30 Finalists notified.
 
February 3 Act Six scholars announced.
